Did you know that whenever you buy anything online – from your weekly shop to your annual holiday – you could be raising free donations for The S&P Sephardi Community with easyfundraising? There are over 4,000 shops and sites on board ready to make a donation – including eBay, Argos, John Lewis, ASOS, Booking.com and M&S – and it won’t cost you a penny extra to help us raise much needed funds.

2. Every time you shop online, go to easyfundraising first to find the site you want and start shopping.

A gift in your Will, no matter how large or smile, could make such a massive difference to the future of the S&P Sephardi Community.Even a gift of 1% will make a difference. It will ensure that our 350 years of community’s heritage is maintained and sustained to the highest standards. We need to continue to invest in our future by having a strong rabbinical team and programming activities, as well as continuing to maintain our synagogue buildings – many of which are in need of significant repairs. We need to ensure that our children and grandchildren learn the same values we received from our community to keep their identity in an ever changing and challenging World. We need your support to build on the changes already implemented to allow for renewed growth and a sustainable development of our Sephardi Kahal. Do you have a special birthday or anniversary coming up? It is a great way for the people you love to support the Kahal, and can make a real difference to the community.

The S&P Sephardi Community Patron’s Circle and Supporter’s Circle programmes were launched 4 years ago and have gone from strength to strength. The two schemes are initiatives for friends of the S&P Sephardi Community who wish to deepen and demonstrate their responsibility and dedication to the Sephardi Kahal, in order that we may continue to build on our rich heritage for our children and grandchildren. The Board of the S&P Sephardi Community and our Rabbis would like to thank all those who have already committed their support to both programmes and look forward to welcoming other yehidim who wish to join either the Patron’s Circle or Supporter’s Circle for the forthcoming year. Sponsorship Opportunities
In addition to the many local opportunities related to individual synagogues, there are many sponsorship opportunities available across the wider S&P. Often our members will sponsor something to memorialise a deceased loved one or to celebrate a life event such as a marriage, bar / bat mitzvah or anniversary.  Potential sponsorships range from family activities, to young couples programmes, specific events for all age groups with our Senior Rabbi, to shiurim, to Beth Din activities, and much more. Keeping our members and buildings safe and secure is of the utmost importance to us, and this costs us tens of thousands a year. This year we are producing a beautiful wall calendar, and every household in the Kahal will receive one. It will contain a wide range of articles, recipes, activities for children and so much more.
