Passover Eve
The following is the blessing said before the search for hametz (leaven) on the night before Passover, and the “Kal Hamira” formulae said after the search and afterthe burning of hametz on the following morning.
If the Eve of Passover is also Shabbat Eve, the service begins with the Sabbath Psalms.

Special Kaddish for the first night of Passover.
The rest of the service is the same as Succot (including the singing of Kaddish by the choir). At the end of the service Hallel is sung, as recorded elsewhere on these pages.
