The service for the 17th of Tammuz is the same as that for the Fast of Gedalia. The only exception is that at the end of the Amidah repition the following are added.
Anshei emet avadu follows (same as Fast of Gedalia).
Avinu malkenu, Kadish Le’ela and then the sefer is returned (same as Fast of Gedalia).
