Youth Directors (Shared role – would suit a couple)

Hours: 35 hours per week (to be split accordingly), to include duties on Shabbatot and Chagim

Salary: £16K plus on site accommodation.

Start Date: 1st December 2023 (earliest date)

This is a great opportunity for two dynamic youth directors to join the Lauderdale Road community and make a positive impact on the Jewish lives of the children and youth. This is an exciting time to join the S&P and a chance for you to have an impact on future of the UK’s most historic Jewish community.

The aim of this role is to develop relationships with the young people in the community and their families and create a range of innovative and exciting programmes that will engage them and facilitate their personal, social, spiritual growth and development.

The successful candidates will work closely with the synagogue’s Rabbinical team and contribute to the development of the membership at Lauderdale Road.
