Hendon Bagel Bakery

Since 1983, when it was founded, Hendon Bagel Bakery has been serving the local community and beyond with artisanal, handbaked breads using the traditional slow proving process for a richer, more flavourful product that is a world away from mass-produced breads. The eponymous bagels that are so well-known are also traditionally made by a skilled team of master bakers.

There is ample seating inside the bakery to enjoy a meal or just one of their pastries or savouries. They are passionate about using only the finest quality ingredients (natural and organic, wherever possible) in hand-made savoury and sweet bakery and patisserie goods.

They also offer catering with a wide range of party food. See the website and contact details below.

Kosher Deli

The business has now expanded to five Kosher Deli stores in the London area, making it the largest kosher butcher and delicatessen in the UK. It was established to make kosher meat affordable to the public, without compromising on quality.  With the convenience of late opening hours and a dedicated order line (020 8 381 4450) they offer prime cuts of meat and poultry as well as a wide variety of cooked foods. There is rotisserie chicken, goujons, and chopped liver with salads and pickles. Catering to the Sephardi taste there are well known specialities like kibbe, pastels and cigars. In the butchery section you can choose from chicken, beef, lamb, turkey and veal with ducks available pre-packed to order or to buy in store.
