The page numbers refer to the Prayer Book for Fasts edited by Isaac Leeser, originaly published in Philadelphia in 1867, and republished in London in 1965.
The zemirot are all chanted in the mournful Tisha Be’Av chant. Elohai Neshama is given here as an example.
The tune is used all the way up until Adonai Melekh.

Ashre and Ata Kadosh

The Book of Eikha is read as the previous evening.

Book of Job

The custom is to read the first three chapters and the last chapter only. Chapers 1,2 and the last chapter are read to the tune of Ruth.
Kadish concludes the service.
